Devise a logo for all media

At the stage of devising a logo you should already keep pay attention if the logo will be reproducible later on.

A good logo must be reproducible in all established, modern media.

The designer doesn't necessarily know from the beginning if the logo will be animated later on, or printed on T-shirts or ballpens etc. Most times, even the client can't tell for sure yet. Nonetheless should you think of that in any case, and devise the logo in a way so it can fulfill the requirements.

In general, you should consider the different printing methods and make the logo reproducible using these methods (e.g. Offset printing, Screen-printing, Digital printing). For use on TV and on the internet, you might want to allow for animation.
