Very Thin Lines

If you use thin lines in logos, make sure they will remain visible if the logo is scaled down.

You can avoid this problem by creating an additional logo version that is tailored to use of a small logo. In this version, the line thickness is matched with the reproduction scale, and the problem is eliminated alltogether.
