A company doesn't always stay the same

In companies, there's a constant change of things. New products may be added to the range, or new business segments may be opened.

Maybe the company was sold, or taken over by a bigger company or corporation. The company may also merge with another company.

All these things make a modernization of the logo necessary. When updating, it is very important to keep the relation to the old logo. It is essential that the customers will still recognize and understand the new logo.
