Logos that consist of abbreviations, numbers or letters

Character marks or letter marks are logos that consist of single alphabetic characters, abbreviations or numbers.

In character marks that consist of single letters, the characters may be interconnected in an artistic way. Majuscule and minuscule characters may be used.

When designing such logos, keep in mind that they shouldn't turn out "too normal", so they won't be mistaken for normal scripture or be completely "overlooked". After all, they mostly only consist of characters.

To change these normal letters, they can easily be transformed into paths (i.e. vectors). This way, they are more easily editable and can assume their own characteristics, whatever you want them to be.

Examples for logos that consist only of numbers are 4711 or the 311-logo of the homonymous band.

Character marks consisting of single letters or abbreviations are "JET", "OMV" or "C&A".
